By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.

While Sarah was way past the child bearing age, she had faith in God that she would conceive. It was through her faith that she received strength to conceive. So, after Christ received every bit of suffering, pain and shame for us, it was time to pay the final price of death for our sins, and He declared that it is finished. Meaning He had paid it all.

Abundance of Grace towards You
