I can't really say much because I didn't personally listen to the message you said. Maybe, you should explain better what you heard! But, what I know about the temple according to the book of Revelations is that the angels that poured out the wrath of God on earth came from the temple (Rev 14:15, 14:17, 15:6, 16:1, 16:17). Also, Rev 21 makes record of a new heaven and a new earth, and a new Jerusalem (the church/bride, ver 2, 10). Then, a record was made of a new temple that was God Almighty and the Lamb, Himself (ver 22). I believe the temple is not just made by God but is God, Himself. ...

Scripture uses physical/natural things and phenomenon to explain spiritual things and things of the Kingdom of God. For example, the parables of Jesus uses a physical/natural phenomenon to explain a divine principle or instruction. Therefore, the temple as described in Revelations is not a physical temple being rebuilt in Israel. God and the Lamb (Jesus), Himself, is this new temple, so, it could never have referred to a temple made by bare human hands. Also, the new Jerusalem is not the one in Israel, but, the church/bride (ie, the body of Christ, which is you and I and every other Christian) is the new Jerusalem. Therefore, it is divine and spiritual, not a physical temple or place. #refer to my previous comment for the Bible references. If some people now choose to rebuild the temple of Solomon, it is their own palaver! We know that our body is the temple of God, where HE lives by the Holy Spirit (1Cor 6:19). ...
